Data we process
We process account identity, workspace membership, encrypted provider and destination credentials, pipeline configuration, source content selected by configured scopes, semantic decisions, extracted payloads, feedback, delivery attempts, audit records, and service usage.
Why we process it
We use this data to authenticate users, retrieve authorized source candidates, evaluate configured concepts, validate structured extraction, deliver signed webhooks, retry failures, enforce limits, secure the service, and satisfy source-platform deletion and compliance obligations.
Service providers
Current infrastructure subprocessors are Vercel for application hosting and AI Gateway, Neon for Postgres and authentication, Upstash for durable task delivery, and OpenAI providers selected through Vercel AI Gateway for embeddings and structured inference. X supplies source data only after a workspace owner connects an approved credential.
Retention and deletion
We minimize source storage and retain operational records only as needed for execution, security, dispute resolution, and source compliance. Source deletions, protection changes, and account suspensions must be propagated when available through the connected X access tier. You may request workspace export or deletion at the address below.
Security
Provider and webhook secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Tenant membership is checked server-side. Outbound webhook URLs are restricted to public HTTPS destinations and revalidated before delivery. No security measure eliminates all risk.
Your choices
You can remove an X credential, pause a pipeline, disable a destination, label decisions, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data.
